Processing Time
At Petsville Village, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, Australia-wide and internationally.
No minimum purchase is required. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
Please note tracking information may take 2–4 business days to update in the carrier’s system.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@petsvillevillage.com with the subject line “URGENT”.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address for you.
If your order has already been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make changes.
Undeliverable Packages
In cases where a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are unable to offer refunds or reshipments.
We strongly encourage customers to double-check their shipping information before confirming an order.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Petsville Village is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues that occur during transit.
However, we are committed to assisting you by:

Supporting you in filing claims with the carrier for lost, damaged, or delayed packages
Lost or Stolen Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
Checking nearby: Verify with neighbours, family members, or building staff to ensure someone hasn’t received it on your behalf.
Contacting the carrier: Reach out directly for further delivery details.
While Petsville Village cannot be held liable for items marked as delivered but not received, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
For orders reported as lost or stolen, we offer a discounted reorder option as a courtesy to our customers.
